Yoga is a discipline that integrates postures (asanas), breath (pranayama) and mindfulness to achieve health and well-being. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga are innumerable.
I started Yoga Now with the hopes of being able to share yoga with more people in a flexible, accessible and intimate setting.
Yoga Now is an "at home" studio providing a place where Yogis can come to their mats and find solace by allowing themselves to simply be. Come as you are to a place where you can feel safe and successful regardless of your yoga experience and abilities. If you can breathe, you can do yoga and I can not wait to share this experience with you.
